Boss Info strengthens its operational management team

Yves-Alain Dufaux, Executive Board and Group CEO
Yves-Alain Dufaux, a manager from within the company’s own ranks, moved to the top of Boss Info on April 1, 2023. The 54-year-old ERP specialist is a well-known figure in the ICT market and was responsible for many years for the bossERP division he founded as an entrepreneur and member of Boss Info’s Executive Board and Board of Directors. Yves-Alain Dufaux brings with him the expertise and experience needed to fulfill this responsible role. Together with the management team and all employees, the Bern native is tackling the challenges that lie ahead with great enthusiasm, commitment and determination. The father of two grown-up children likes to spend his free time on his bike, in nature, with friends, enjoying a nice glass of wine or with his family.

Ueli Boss, Executive Board, Deputy Group CEO and Head of D365 BC
Unlike his Group Management colleagues, 54-year-old Ueli Boss from Bern has been a member of the Boss Info team from the very beginning and knows the company’s culture inside out. A trained polymechanic, he joined the IT field more than 20 years ago as a developer and has held various management positions at Boss Info, where he is currently Head of D365 BC. Taking up the role of Deputy Group CEO fills the father of three daughters with joy and pride. Communicating with customers and colleagues and implementing new ideas and visions are important to him. When he is not in his garden or on the tennis court, he enjoys cooking, and a fine meal with a good glass of wine in interesting company never fails to bring a smile to his face.

Jürgen Krotzinger, Executive Board and Group CFO
As Group CFO, Jürgen Krotzinger will support the further implementation of Boss Info’s growth strategy. In addition to his experience from the various positions he has held as CFO, he also brings transaction and consulting expertise to his new role. Besides a degree in business administration, he has a postgraduate diploma in business law and extensive knowledge of occupational pensions. The music and theater-loving family man likes to spend his free time in and on the water.

Andrea Portmann, Executive Board and Group CHRO
Andrea Portmann has worked in human resources for almost 20 years and now represents the Human Resources department in Boss Info’s management team as Group CHRO. The 39-year-old from Solothurn has previously held various management positions including HR Manager, HR Business Partner and HR Area Manager, mainly in the IT and industry sectors. She spends her free time taking part in various sports activities and enjoys reading books. She passes on her knowledge and experience as a lecturer at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HFLU) and the SIMAKOM Management School.

André Schmid, Executive Board and Group CSO
In the role of Group CSO, André Schmid is responsible for sales at Boss Info. The 51-year-old has come from Allgeier (Switzerland) AG, where he held the same position. Previously, he held management positions at service providers and large corporations and has many years of experience in the areas of collaboration, application development and modern workplace. He has supported well-known clients such as LGT Capital Partner or Magazine zum Globus AG, helping them to grow. In his free time, the sports-loving family man can be found on his racing bike or in the mountains.

Urs Walde, Executive Board and Group COO
As the new Group Chief Operating Officer, 50-year-old Urs Walde will be responsible for the entire operational business together with ICT, as well as the associated organizational development. The Aargau native, who has lived in Zurich for almost 30 years, joined Boss Info from SOBACO Solutions, where he also served as COO. Urs Walde has many years of experience in the core areas of outsourcing, IT and organizational development. He has held a variety of leadership positions in the financial, banking software, and information security industries over the course of the past 25 years of his career.
