About the Add-on

The Oracle Value-Added Solution Scan&Doc is a NetSuite-native tool designed for the intelligent and efficient processing of vendor invoices, credit memos, credit card transactions, and prepayments. Scan&Doc reduces manual and repetitive entries in accounts payable, minimizes sources of error, and increases both efficiency and transparency from invoice capture through to payment.

Seamlessly Integrated into NetSuite

Scan&Doc is fully developed within NetSuite and runs 100% on the NetSuite standard. Existing customizations do not need to be deactivated, ensuring full compatibility. All benefits of NetSuite, including custom dashboards, audit logs, and much more, remain available. Even during mass imports, our solutions operate reliably and with high performance.

Scan&Doc Dashboard

Vendor Bill from Purchase Order Reference

When a purchase order number is detected during the PDF scan, Scan&Doc automatically suggests it to create a vendor bill directly from the PO. Additionally, the system checks whether the invoice amount matches the purchase order.

Scan&Doc Mapping Page

Custom Mapping Page

If desired, a preliminary review can be performed on a mapping page before saving the information as a transaction. This is especially beneficial in complex approval workflows.

Scan&Doc QR Code

Automatic Detection of Swiss QR Code

The payment slip or QR code is automatically detected within the PDF. All relevant values from the QR code are extracted, and the vendor is identified directly using the tax ID, IBAN, or address.
