Shares are subject to entrepreneurial risk

Buying shares allows you to participate directly in the development and economic success of Boss Info AG.

  • This includes both the potential appreciation of the share and possible dividend payments.
  • However, dividends are not guaranteed and may be suspended for several years.
  • As for the value of the shares themselves, a theoretical loss in value up to a total loss of the invested capital is possible. This is part of the entrepreneurial risk.

The share register is maintained in accordance with the articles of association together with the register of uncertificated securities. The uncertificated securities are transparently visible on the blockchain at all times. The share register stores the postal addresses of the holders, together with the legally required information. Personal data is subject to data protection regulations and is retained for 10 years.

The number of token holders, the tokens held, and their «Ethereum addresses» are publicly accessible.

There are countries and organizations that are excluded from purchasing BOSS tokens in accordance with the OECD list or Swiss regulations:

United States of America, People’s Republic of China, Afghanistan, the Bahamas, Botswana, Bosnia, Cambodia, Cuba, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guyana, Iraq, Iran, Laos, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, Vanuatu, and Yemen.

We recommend using the Aktionariat Portfolio App as a wallet for tokenized shares. The Aktionariat Portfolio App can be easily integrated into your browser and is very practical to use. As a non-custodial wallet, users have full control over their stored assets and therefore also bear sole responsibility for them.

Your rights correspond to the statutory requirements:

  • Shareholders are entitled to the rights provided for by law. Each share carries one vote at the General Meeting («GM»).
  • The powers of the individual company bodies of BI correspond to legal provisions; this applies in particular to the GM as well.
  • Profits of BI are, as before, either reinvested into the company’s value growth or distributed to shareholders as dividends.
  • Sustainable value creation for the company remains the primary focus.

When selling the tokens, I receive cryptocurrency. Am I exposed to additional currency risk in this process?

No, the cryptocurrency used is a so-called “stablecoin.” The Crypto Swiss Franc is backed 1:1 with CHF and can be exchanged for fiat Swiss francs at any time on a 1:1 basis.

It is also possible to trade the shares peer-to-peer and transfer CHF directly to the counterparty. In addition, payment via bank transfer is also planned and being implemented in the Brokerbot for share sales.
