Demand skyrocketed, and the old system could no longer keep up. Under these new circumstances, the goal was to establish efficient warehouse management, fast and accurate order processes, and streamlined order fulfillment. Additionally, accounts receivable and payable needed to be simplified and further automated. The overarching objective was to increase profitability and speed based on reliable data. By integrating with both large and small partners, ICON Outdoor aimed to strengthen customer relationships and automate order processing as much as possible. This would enable the company to handle significantly more sales with a stable workforce.

ICON Outdoor was already using NetSuite and was convinced of the ERP system’s capabilities. A system change was therefore not planned. However, support from the previous IT service provider noticeably deteriorated within a short period, leading to growing frustration among employees.
